Goodbye Uncle Mike

It is with sadness that I share my uncle passed away October 20. He went very peacefully, which is all we can hope for at the end. My uncle was very tough and battled a lot in the last few years. I have always remembered my uncle as an avid reader. He used to enjoy Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with my Nana all the time and the two of them seemed to know almost every answer. He could build things and fix things. He loved animals. For the past 18 months, he took care of my mom's cats. They loved him and he loved them. I will miss my uncle but now I have one additional angel on this journey with me every step of the way. XOXO
