Back to Mayo

On Tuesday, we headed to Mayo for another Covid test, blood work, and a meeting with Dr. M. He confirmed the outcome of the week before. He wants to do three more rounds of chemo while we look for clinical trials that will accept me and be a good fit. He is still hopeful and feels that I am a trooper. He thinks that I am doing a great job handling this and is committed to focusing on my quality of life.

Wednesday morning chemo. While it was early, I actually preferred getting it done first thing in the morning. It took two IV sticks but we got there.
We were on the road within a few hours
When I got home from chemo, this was waiting on my lawn. It brought a smile to me after two very long weeks filled with not so good news. I am honored to work with the ELC alongside our amazing staff and incredible providers!

Next steps, research clinical trials and meet with the doctor in Boston to see what they think.

For tonight . . . I'm just sayin' XOXO
