He sat on my lap the entire car ride to the vet's office and then was a great boy.
He quietly laid in my lap while he slowly got sleepy and then in just a few minutes he was gone. I got to hold him and talk to him until the end.
I have no doubt he knew how loved he was. I am very fortunate he knocked on my door at my very first apartment in Gainesville. My life is better having known and cared for him. Thank you to all of my family and friends who have prayed for us during this ordeal. I have learned about myself and the things you will do for someone you love. I know that Hazelwood is now with Nana and Grandpa watching over me.
