County living is still good - very quiet and peaceful. Although, yesterday morning, I could hear the sounds of the donkey first thing in the morning. I thought I was going to be productive this weekend but it is 6PM and only half my "To Do" list is done. I got the mail organized, utility room cleaned up, and dishes washed. However, I spent all day yesterday in Gainesville.
Here is the update on my car . . . another $320 for new ball joints and a nut. Turns out they didn't look as good as I thought and needed replacing. I still need to get the body work done, I can only imagine how much that is going to cost. The positive about being in Gainesville for several hours was getting to eat Grandy's, although it would have been nice to have Joe Deli's - so sad it is gone!
Then, after doing my taxes, I owe this year. After 15 years of paying taxes, I owe. It doesn't seem fair that working five jobs and paying taxes for all of them, I still owe. Whatever, between the car and taxes, I give up. I am hopeful this week will not be as expensive.
For the rest of the day, I will finish paperwork I need to complete (grading and reading). Looks like no boxes for the third weekend in a row. By next Sunday, I want to finish 15 more boxes - that is my goal!
For anyone looking for something to do in two weeks, check out the NFCC Community Theater, http://www.nfcc.edu/community-programs/community-theater.
For tonight . . . I'm just sayin'
XOXO
