Easter Sunday

What a great day!  The weather was beautiful.  The Easter Bunny came and brought bunny shaped sour gummy patch candies, yummy!!!!!  I traveled home from Mom's and the traffic was not bad.  I got to have an Invincible Orange Slurpee today - why are there no 7-11's in North Florida?

When I got home today, there were lots of white birds in the yard.  They were just walking around.  It felt good to come home to a clean house.  The only thing I didn't get done before I left was vacuuming.  Seems like a simple task.  Mom had convinced me to purchase this electric floor vacuum.  For those of you following, I spoke about this several weeks ago because when I got it home, it was missing parts.  Well today, I used it for the first time.  As I was using it, I could not figure out why my Mom loved this thing.  It seemed to be pushing the stuff all around the floor, not sucking it up.  Well, after doing the two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and closet - I realized that the hose was not hooked up.  Needless to say, with all hoses attached, the thing worked great.  I highly recommend it!

In feeding the animals tonight, the donkey was no where around.  The goats started chomping away and still no donkey.  Finally, I went and found him.  I called him over and he ate. 

Easter Sunday with goats, a donkey and a cat is fabulous!
