On the way to my house, my mom was hit with some bad news....her house air conditioner broke and her cat had worms. Thanks to my Uncle Mike, the both got fixed while she was taking care of me.
Mom and I returned after chemo to my cat being under the weather. Then while Flapjack was running around, playing he hit my beautiful blue bowl off the coffee table and it hit the wall. My mom cleaned up the mess.....thousands of pieces of broken glass, while I slept. Thank goodness for Mom!!!!
Then over the weekend, my microwave began sparking. Thanks to my Uncle John, a new microwave was selected and ordered.
Today, as I was driving (to what was going to be my last adventure outside the home except medical care), my car began to decelerate while a warning light came on the dashboard. I pulled over and the car completely died! Even my flashers did not work. It was dead!
The tow truck driver would not let me go with him so thank you, George! We met him at the local dealership, who was less than empathetic or honestly that helpful. Apparently having having an error message means nothing. I am being charged for a diagnostic. One of the mechanics called to see if the car had been hit by lightening.....seriously, like I wouldn't have mentioned that! He said there is a communication issue but they have no idea what the problem is. Hopefully, the answer is simple but I am not holding my breath!
For tonight . . . I'm just sayin'
XOXO
